DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN NEW ZEALAND?
We do, but due to strict customs procedures, some countries are not included. If at all possible, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order otherwise we will issue a refund if we are unable to process your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For orders under $45 in value, standard shipping will be $5.99. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free on orders over $45. Oversize items may incur additional courier fees.

All deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday during normal business hours.
NANO SILVER - GOLD ROCK ships via tracked courier both locally and internationally. We do not deliver to P.O. BOXES. If you are unable to select a country during the checkout process, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
